The house is centered between the beach and the river with two strategically placed pavilions that accentuate the simplistic building design of large spaces opening out towards the river. The serene environment encapsulates two individual units designed to incorporate the spectacular views of the sea on one end and the river on the other. The buildings individually are minimal and symmetrical screened by large timber doors which open out to the pavilion alongside the river. These units sit sculpturally as white cubes set against the lawn with only coconut trees and frangipani, the ocean and the river as its companions. Cantilevered staircases lead to the private terraces above. The 75″-0″ long lap pool is composed of dark hued tiles to reflect the colours of the trees and the river. The buildings offer views of the ocean from inside and of the river at the entrance.
