QUANTITY SURVEYING SERVICES

We offer quantity surveying services which ensure that our projects are within budget and are cost efficient in terms of construction processes, materials and finishes.

PWA’s QS team are responsible for commercial management of projects from the inception of the design to the feedback stages and well as the final construction stage. Each assignment is undertaken on an individual basis, utilising industry standards for construction materials and rates, with the varying experiences and skills of our personnel, supported by a comprehensive database.

Our services include feasibility studies, cost estimates and the preparation of Bill of Quantities, preparation of tender documentation, tender review and evaluation, contract and subcontract documentation, value engineering and recommendations on various projects. Our team remains involved post contract, to ensure cost control, contract administration and valuation of variations.
